  • Submitting any suggestions that would facilitate and improve the performance at the university.
  • Preparing and developing the work procedures of the Follow-up Administration in cooperation with the Administrative Development Department.
  • Preparing periodic reports about the department's activities, achievements, observations and recommendations; providing monthly and annual statistics about complaints and violations, classifying and analyzing them, and submitting the result to the authorized person.
  • Interrogating the violating employees on the wages, suggesting suitable punishments, and reporting the authorized person.
  • Approving the requests for emergency and regular leaves of the administration's employees.
  • Informing the affairs of the faculty and staff about the employees who started the work, as well as reporting the delay, absences and leaving work without permission to take the necessary action.
  • Preparing job performance calendars for the administration's employees and submitting them to the authorized person for approval.
